Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Peanut butter cups (1-2 for stuffing)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350º F and grease a ramekin or small oven safe baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- in a medium bowl, mix the sugar, egg, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until incorporated.
- Pour half of the mixture into the ramekin. Place 1-2 peanut butter cups on top and then pour the rest of the batter on top. The cake will grow while baking so leave some room at the top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
