Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats (i used rolled but can use quick cook)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold butter, cubed
- 5 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350º F and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar and salt.
- Add the cold cubed butter and cut into the dry ingredients with a fork or your hands until you get a course sandy texture. (you can leave some bigger chunks of butter)
- Add the berries to the pan, sprinkle with the sugar and flour. Add the lemon juice and vanilla and stir to combine.
- Spread the crumble topping all over the top in an even layer.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Enjoy with ice cream or plain!
