Ingredients:
pre-broil toppings:
- 4 oz OZO Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground Beef Alternative
- Restaurant style tortilla chips
- Mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced
post broil-toppings: (mix & match as desired)
- 1/2 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 4 green onions, charred
- Black olives, sliced
- Mexican crema or sour cream
- Guacamole or fresh avocado
- Salsa
- Cotija cheese, crumbled
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced
Preparation:
- Brown the OZO Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground Beef Alternative with a bit of oil in skillet over medium high heat. (It comes pre-seasoned so no need to season). Set aside.
- Grease a baking sheet and line with tortilla chips.
- Top with the Mexican blend shredded cheese, black beans, browned OZO, and yellow onion. Be sure to cover each chip!
- Broil on low until the cheese is melted (check at ~4 minutes, careful not to burn!)
- Once melted, finish with the rest of the toppings as desired.
- Serve immediately & enjoy!
