Ingredients:
Sweet Potato Fries:
- 1 sweet potato, cut into fries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Yogurt-Dill Dip:
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 425º F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with the olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flipping in halfway between.
- For the yogurt dip, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
