Crispy Garlic Noodle Bowl
Ingredients:
1 package ramen (I used soy sauce flavor)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, sliced diagonally
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 fried egg, optional
Chili flakes, for topping
Preparation:
In a small pot, bring water to a boil and add the ramen noodles. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until soft. Drain and set aside.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook, stirring until just toasted. About 1-2 minutes. Careful not to burn, garlic toasts fast!
Add the sliced green onions and cook stirring until soft. About 1 minute.
Remove from the heat, add in the noodles, and stir to coat in garlic butter.
In a small bowl mix the soy sauce seasoning packet and sesame oil until smooth.
Add the seasoning paste to the noodles and stir to coat.
Place noodles in bowl, top with a fried egg and chili flakes.
Enjoy!
