Ingredients:
- Thick cut bacon (7-8 strips)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chile flakes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350º F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, chile flakes, and cinnamon.
- Line the bacon on the baking sheet and sprinkle on half of the brown sugar mixture.
- Rub the mixture on the bacon to coat evenly.
- Flip the bacon and coat with the remaining brown sugar mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and flip each piece of bacon over to cook on the other side.
- Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the bacon is brown and crispy.
