Sheet Pan Party Nachos
Ingredients:
pre-broil toppings:
4 oz OZO Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground Beef Alternative
Restaurant style tortilla chips
Mexican cheese blend
1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 yellow onion, diced
post broil-toppings: (mix & match as desired)
1/2 jalapeño, sliced
1 roma tomato, diced
4 green onions, charred
Black olives, sliced
Mexican crema or sour cream
Guacamole or fresh avocado
Salsa
Cotija cheese, crumbled
Fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 lime, juiced
Preparation:
Brown the OZO Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground Beef Alternative with a bit of oil in skillet over medium high heat. (It comes pre-seasoned so no need to season). Set aside.
Grease a baking sheet and line with tortilla chips.
Top with the Mexican blend shredded cheese, black beans, browned OZO, and yellow onion. Be sure to cover each chip!
Broil on low until the cheese is melted (check at ~4 minutes, careful not to burn!)
Once melted, finish with the rest of the toppings as desired.
Serve immediately & enjoy!
