Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 box vanilla cake mix

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

• 1/2 cup sprinkles

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil until smooth. It should be a thick dough rather than a batter!

3. Add the sprinkles and mix until combined.

4. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough, roll in a ball, and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. The cookies will spread.

5. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cooked through!

6. Allow the cookies to cool and enjoy!
