Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons honey (or sweetener of choice)
- 2 eggs
- flaky salt, optional for topping
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9×9 brownie pan.
- In a small bowl mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave at 30 second intervals until melted.
- Add greek yogurt, vanilla, honey, and 2 eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients and whisk again until combined.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Allow brownies to cool and sprinkle with flaky salt if using.
